Mind Your Business Media provides MVA lead generation services including exclusive leads, live call transfers, and signed retainers for personal injury attorneys. Specific deliverables, pricing, and volume targets are defined in individual partner agreements.
Lead Exclusivity
Leads, transfers, and signed cases are delivered exclusively to the contracting partner firm. We do not resell lead data to other firms.
Payment Terms
Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles are defined per partner agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due upon receipt.
No Guarantee of Results
While we optimize for cost per acquisition and signed-case volume, market conditions and firm intake performance influence outcomes. We do not guarantee specific case volumes or CPA figures outside of contractual commitments.
Intellectual Property
All website content, methodology, and materials are the property of Mind Your Business Media and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Mind Your Business Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability is limited to fees paid under the applicable partner agreement.
